Shannon Day
Associate

Recently included in Attorney at Law Magazine as northeast Florida’s “Rising Star,” Shannon brings experience in criminal defense and criminal appeals to the office of Tassone, Dreicer, & Hill.
Though Shannon grew up in Massachusetts, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law from Virginia Intermont College and graduated cum laude in 2013. With her spit-fire personality, passion for arguing, and fascination with the criminal justice system, she followed her dreams of becoming a lawyer and attended Florida Coastal School of Law here in Jacksonville, Florida. While academics were her top priority, she also participated in numerous organizations, such as the Student Bar Association, the Family Law Society, and Phi Delta Phi. In her free time, Shannon enjoyed volunteering to do free legal work, which allowed her to graduate law school with Pro Bono Honors in 2016.
Since her admission to the Florida Bar, Shannon has quickly built a reputation as a tireless and powerful advocate for her clients who are charged with offenses that range from traffic tickets to homicides. Particularly, Shannon is known for her diligent research and extensive writing skills, which have generated favorable outcomes in many cases. By conducting extensive legal research and building personal connections with her clients, Shannon is able to serve them with dignity and respect while providing the quality legal representation they deserve.
